Program Overview

V3 Lacrosse is in its 10th year of advanced lacrosse Player Training and Development. During that period, our program has produced some of the areas best lacrosse players including five US Lacrosse High School All Americans, a Bob Scott Player of the Year Award for the Tidewater region, more than three dozen Brine National High School All Americans and more than 50 "All District" Players.  V3 Select Boys and Girls teams have also won over two dozen Championships.

V3 = Character, Sportsmanship & Athleticism

Each year an increasing number of V3 Select Players commit to NCAA Programs!  Our training system is the best in the region and is derived from the 3dLacrosse Box/Field Hybrid system developed by Coach Jamie Munro - a methodology that we follow from the youngest players starting off through high school.  That is supplemented with regular guest coaching from visiting professional lacrosse players in various specialties. When our players attend camps like 3d Blue Chip, FLG Legit or Trilogy Aces they are very comfortable and have the skill set they need to hang with players from traditional lacrosse strongholds.  We are a trusted partner for these showcase events and our nominees are nearly always accepted.

Program Goals

V3 Lacrosse is an “Advanced Player Training” organization.  V3 Select programs run year round and are intended to teach and develop young players into "Elite" level players as they mature and move up into high school.  Our focus is to teach foundational skills in a building block and progression format that increases in intensity as each player advances.  We teach principles and concepts to help players build their lacrosse “IQ” and learn how to innovate and “create” offense with sound defense and specialty skills that are age appropriate.  We love to win (and we do frequently - RECENT CLUB ACHIEVEMENTS) but we are more interested in helping lacrosse players improve their skills, sportsmanship and overall ability to play competitively and enjoy the sport.

Team Structure

Teams will generally be structured by graduation year from 3rd grade and up depending on the number of players who are selected to participate.
